For orders placed before 3pm, customer service will contact you on the same day to arrange installation. For orders placed after 3pm, customer service will contact you on next day to arrange installation.
Installation confirmation date will be within 7 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends) to West Malaysia, and 14 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends) to East Malaysia. Above working days only providing customer schedule can meet with our installation schedule.
